Peter Pappas Graduating with highest honors from Bentley College and earning his MBA from Western New England College, owner Peter Pappas has over 26 years of professional experience in successfully managing and owning multinational businesses. Peter is the president and owner of Alliance Group, importing and exporting industrial equipment and facilities with Australia and Pacific Rim countries, but his dreams stretched even further. He wanted to create a restaurant that would redefine entertainment in and change peoples’ thoughts about the greater Springfield region.   Dr. Michael Spagnoli A graduate of the Southern Connecticut State University and the National Chiropractic College in Illinois, Dr. Michael Spagnoli is a successful chiropractor, as well as manager and owner of Trillium Sports Medicine and other integrated, multi-discipline sports medicine offices. Michael is a national speaker for Medical Business Development, Sports Medicine and Nutritional Health who provides professional services to a wide range of sports and entertainment celebrities. Creating a restaurant in the company of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and LA Fitness seemed like a fitting next step.
